The Aerostar is gone, so is the Windstar, and it looks like the Freestar is headed for the same fate. Is the Club Wagon/Econoline going to be the only proper van in the Ford lineup? How do you feel about that? Is it due for a makeover?

What I am hearing is that Chevy will have the only full size van going. Everyone is heading to the way of the Dodge Sprinter. Kind of bites!

Well, do you think the traditional full-size van style is out-dated? Should everyone be going to the tall "Euro" style vans (like the Sprinter?) Do you think Ford will bring over the Transit to compete with the Sprinter? How would you feel if they discontinued the Econoline/Club Wagon?

I truely hope that Ford and GM hold onto their line of full size American vans. There is rumor that Ford is going to drop the E-line, but sales will tell the whole story.
Both GM and Ford have foreign, van lines. As a business it doesn't make sense to hang on to multiple lines of similar vehicles when the sales numbers are declining.
