Does anyone know if it is possible to put 22" wheels on a 1985 Chevy C10 w/o doing any cutting or modifing the fenders or fender wells. Jus a stock body and eveything and it fit jus fine????????

Ok I do think that you can put 22's on the chevy I have a 85 chevy c10 as well and i put 20's on it and it didn't rub like that other guy says they will as a matter of fact I still have a whole lot of room left between my tire and my fender well and I have done no modification to my truck at all i've also just lowered my truck 2.5 inches all around and they still don't rub so yes i'm very positive you could put them on there with no trouble at all

Yeah, they'd probably fit if you want it to look all donkalicious. If you want it to "lay frame" on 22s with no cutting, heck no. No way.

22's on a C10, with no cutting again another subject esanchez and I agree on, It would be donkalicious. Stick with 20's if you don't want to do any cutting, most people won't notice the difference anyway.

I must not be hip to the youngster lingo, but "Donkalicious?" I don't even know how to reply when I don't know if that is a positive or negative? My personal viewpoint is that the trend of growing wheel sizes needs to stop. If you use this as a daily driver it will ruin your gas mileage and make the vehicle ride exponentially worse as the size increases. Add to this, the larger the tire patch, the quicker it will wear. Do people with giant rims and tires all have trust funds?
