Duramax H2 for '08?

GM is hinting at an H2 to debut at this year's New York Auto Show that is both "more powerful and more fuel-efficient." Am I the only one that thinks this is code for "diesel"?
I'm predicting they're going to offer the Duramax in the H2 for 2008.

Well folks, just found out the '08 H2 isn't getting the Duramax after all.  It appears that the powertrain upgrade is going to consist of the 6.2 Vortec with 393 horsepower and the 6L80 six-speed automatic.
I have to admit I'm disappointed. The Duramax and H2 would go together like peanut butter & jelly. I hope it'll happen in '09 or '10.
