THE WHEELS ARE 17"X10" BOYD SMOOTHY II's, WITH 6"s of back-spacing and 4"s of front spacing? will the fit with no rubbing?

Hard to say, the 17 X 10 should be all good, the back spacing might be an issue.  If I had to guess I would say you are most likely ok.  The best place to check is your local tire shop, they will be able to help you out.  Where ever you are looking at the Boyd's (assuming your looking at a dealer) they can help you out.  That being said with the 17 X 10 you have some room to play in there as opposed to a 20 or 22 inch rim.
