Early reports are suggesting that at least 70 percent of buyers of the new Tundra are opting for the top-of-the-line 5.7 V-8. This despite gas prices edging ever closer to $4 a gallon. Does this surprise you? Why or why not?

I've got the new 5.7 and after I changed the exhaust to true duals I gained 4 miles to the gallon and increased my horsepower. I bought the truck because in my opinion it was the best at the time and I have never been in a truck that pins you in the seat like this truck does. That in itself is worth the gas.
