The feature "Glory Road" showcases a 99' Silverado with a one-piece bumper. Who makes that bumper? I've been looking for awhile with no luck.

I can't tell you who made that particular bumper cover, but I do know it is a smoothie bumper cover. My brother just bought one similar for a 98 chev and it is as simple as it sounds. It covers the bumper and attaches with 2 sided tape. The bumper on glory road could be an actual bumper, check out stylin' concepts I'm sure they will have something that will suite your needs.
