What's your favorite Chevy truck of all time? It could be a bodystyle ('88-'98 C/K) or a particular model (Cameo, '59 El Camino, etc.)

Of the more modern-era trucks, I really dig the 454 SS. That was a mean truck in its day. In terms of the classics, the '59 El Camino really has a unique look.

Barring a bit of the cheese factor I have to say I would love an old El Camino. That late sixties ones with any of the big block V-8s still hits all the right notes. The ones from the seventies are all sort of like automotive mullets, though. Business on top, party in the back... As for a real truck, I think today we are in a golden age of GM fullsize pickups quality and powertrain wise. The days of having to apologize for buying American are over, I think.

Yeah, old Elkos rock! I really wish Chevy would bring over one of those Holden Utes as a revived El Camino. I guess we'll have to wait & see.

Square-body Chevy/GMC is my absolute favorite of the by-gone era, but of the newer stuff, the SRT-10 has to be the baddest of all(the Chevy 454SS did hold its own and started it all power war wise). You gotta love that huge v-10 in a sweet looking package. The only way it could be better is to be in my driveway with big meats in back,(tucked of course) slammed on airbags(pro street style) all shaved up with a supercharger for *^&%s-and-giggles.

cmccustomzzzz, we're talking about Chevy here! No doubt the SRT-10 is one bad- @$$ truck, but it ain't a Chevy. Not too blown away by the newer Silverado SS. Although, I saw a GMT-900 concept Silverado SS at SEMA, short-bed with the Vette Z06 engine in it, and I thought that was pretty flippin' sweet.

94-98 C/K's, 67-72, and 77-78 are my favorite models. It's hard to just choose a couple because each model has something different to like about it. I'm a big fan of the classic trucks.

Hey Guys I am new here & as soon as I figure out how to post photos on here I will send some of my 89 Chevy with the rear steps shaved & a 67 SS Chevelle hood implant. Maybe some of you could help me down load some photos?
