A 1991 VW Vanagon (the last year of an air-cooled, rear engined VW) with the manual shift. Then I would drive it across the country...I am not sure how fast I would get over the Rockies, though.

Don't know if I can actually say I have a favorite VW, but this one was really nice
And I don't even like window vans
