Citroen C4 Picasso a Work of Art or a Stale French Tart?

Citroen has a history of bringing a wacky sensibility to not only its styling but also its engineering. Case in point is the new Citroen C4 Picasso (available only in Europe. Don't get excited. Or pissed off if you still believe French Fries should be "Freedom Fries.") Found some photos of the interior and exterior. Thought it struck a different pose in a sea of same-ness. (I really don't think the BLOCKY new Dodge Caravan is going to spark a new interest in vans. Different styles like this might just make it cool again to be a van-ner with a ALL NEW set of wheels.) What do you think of it?
(One feature I love about the interior is the steering "wheel-rim" moves independently of the center airbag. Allegedly for safety but I think it is also just refreshingly different. And hello cubby holes!)

That thing is kinda neat looking, but it has way too much GLASS! Of coarse it's still a mini-van too!

Hmmm, I don't see a van in that pic, mini or otherwise. All I see is another stationwagon. The fact that it is not available here is a blessing in disguise.

Yep. Not a real van. No more so than an Acadia or Kia Rondo. If it had rear sliders, it would rank higher on the van continuum in my book. Dash looks weird. But for a Citroen, it's disappointingly conventional. That company built its name on weirdness.

It's not that bad, but not really a van. Close though as things go over here, but really it's just a people carrier version of a sports hatchback, and that's it.
Nice car though
