While flicking through the brochures or waiting for your car to be serviced, you can eat at The Horseless Carriage burger bar, sup coffee from the in-house Starbucks or watch the custom department modify a vehicle before your eyes.
Galpin Ford is so large it has a showroom dedicated to Mustangs. No one sells more of these than Galpin – the North Hills dealer shifts more Fords than any outlet in the world.
Galpin opened in 1946, and blue oval boss Bill Ford is full of praise for it. “At Ford we want to build great products, a strong business and a better world,” he said. “In many ways, what we set out to do at Ford is exactly what Galpin does every day.

Yeah, Galpin is almost obnoxiously successful. Incidentally, it seems they're the new title sponsor of "Pimp My Ride" in the form of their G.A.S. (Galpin Auto Sports) custom division. It seems anyone or any business phenomenally successful is automatically a target, but I've got to give 'em props for making a name for themselves.  

That's one huge Dealership!!!!  

Yep been there. It is several blocks long and Galpin also has other dealerships side by side with their Ford dealership. They have one huge show room full of high dollar classics and muscle cars.  

They also own a large ranch in San Diego county where they raise buffaloe.  

I wish my last name was "Galpin."
