Which of the new trucks do you guys like better, the new F-150 or the new Ram? Here's a look below:

Right now, I like the new F-150. But I'd need to take a look at the interior before rendering final judgement.

I do like the look of the charger sloping front grille of the new dodge ram too.

I'm kind of feelin' the Ram a little more. Looks a little sportier, and I definitely like the dual exhausts. The new F-150 just looks kind of generic to me.

The new Ram is one of the guliest things I've ever seen. I like that they shortened the height of the grille back to what the design originally looked like, but whoever designed those headlights should be shot. They're horrible looking. Looks like they ripped them off the new Ford F-250 and F-350.
The Ford's a good looking truck, but the powerplant is still lacking hte bottom end torque a truck needs. This problem won't be solved until the new motor comes out in '09.
So I would choose neither, and go with a Chevy/GMC full size with an LS-series 5.3L V-8 that'll outperform either truck.

I love Ford F-150's so I won't even dignify this with an actual response. Dodge is supposed to have some cajones in the styling department and it looks like a boring Toyota Tundra. Or more boring.
The actual question should be, the Ford or the Chevy? They actually compete on a pretty level sales field and will most likely still be in business in five years. (Did I say that?)
Plus, the Ford has the added bonus of having a built in cheese grater in the grille.

Yeah, except under the hood. 70 hp is a pretty big power gap (310 hp vs. 380). Where's that "Boss" engine Ford keeps teasing us about?

Maybe they will have that "Ecobost" four cylinder available in a year or so in the F-150. Also I have read a lot of dyno tests that say the Dodge Ram Hemi has a lot less horsepower than advertised. The throttle tip-in on the Hemi is so sensitive it makes it feel fast...an old big three trick.

I'd have to go with the new Dodge. Hands down. In my personal opion, Ford has really fallen behind lately. The interior and ride quality in the ford are incredible, that seriously lack power. Ive test drove the f-150 several times just to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it seriously falls on its face. The horsepower and torqe numbers dont match the actual drive experience. The Dodge on the other hand has no problem turnin the tires over
