Hell I'm only 18 years old I can't afford a Duramax right now. Well the S10 there is not alot you can do to modify those. They are pretty weak and are not very good hill climbers but make great erand trucks.Hell I hate TOYOTA I Have drivent them and they are junk hell the S10 is more reliable than the Toyotas! I have driven all 3 diesel trucks Ford 7.3L 5.9L Cummins and the 6.6L Duramax and let me tell you this I could tell the Duramax had more power I could feel it when I pressed the accelerator.Duramax has lots of head snapping POWER!

First. Ben shut up you are so stupid.

Second I think the GM little diesel will make it to the market first because so far it seems the most developed. But like Chistine5 (Toydiesel) said I wouldnt be surprised if Toyota came out with a diesel in the next year or two. Toyota knows where the big money lies and they started off in the half ton market but the next big leap will be making a heavy duty truck that will make the Ford Dodge and Chevy guys trade in the keys for a Toyota. I see Nissan following Toyota after that.

Myself and a co-worker were having a discussion about who we thought would have the first half-ton diesel on sale. I said Chevy, he said Ford. What do you guys think?

I'M NOT GOING TO THINK ABOUT IT TILL IT HAPPENS?? THEN WE CAN SEE WHO ALL THE PLAYERS ARE AND COMPARE ALL THE HALF-TON TRUCKS.

Well Ben, I just want to be the first to congratulate you on being a *** First off, S10's are weak and you cant mod them?????? I think synergyoffroad.com would prove you wrong. Second, you hate toyota? You do know that they are partners with GM? You do know that Toyota has used GM engines in their vehicles and GM has used Toyota engines in their vehicles? Did you know that the 6.6 Duramax is an ISUZU engine? DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE OPENING YOUR MOUTH!!

I can see Ben invaded the Truckin' forums, too. He's always good for some lively conversation, so to speak.
