Is your daily driver a car or truck? How high would gas prices have to go to make you give up your truck as a daily driver? Would you ever?

I drive my Explorer to work most days. And yes, it sucks the gas...

my daily driver is a truck. my non-daily driver is a truck. I drive mini trucks, so although gas prices suck, I don't feel it quite as badly as you fullsize daily driver guys would! ;-)
forget this, let's all just get street bikes.

I like some of the newer Victory models, but they're kinda pricey.

Until gas prices went over 3 bucks my daily driver was my supercharged 2007 silverado rst z14. Now I'm back to driving my 98 jeep grand cherokee which gets pretty decent gas milage. The transition from the truck to my jeep sucked but my wallet is a lot thicker now.

the ideal daily is a truck, specifically a mini truck, c'mon now, duh!!
Great gas mileage
Great visibility
Can carry stuff
Cheap to buy/maintain
Super high on the "cool status" chart
