I have an 07 Silverado (new body). Lowered 2/4, I want to lower the front another 1" with 265's, 285's in the rear. I was told that the abs system could possibly struggle with different tire sizes front to rear, anyone know for sure?

if the diameter of the tires are within a 1/2 inch it might be ok but if the tires r more than that it may throw a lite on the dash, or every time u hit the brakes it may kick the ABS on

I received post from someone with a 99-06 style Silverado, who has been running a 2" differential tire height front to rear for a year (30 front,32 rear)with now adverse affects. Does anyone know if the new Silverado abs system is radically different from the 06? Is anyone else running the retro look on the new Silverado?
