cylinders 1,7,6 PSI 115 ,not firing at idle, when it warms up it runs better but didn't pass the idle smog test. Hydrocarbon went from 135 ppm to 2000 ppm at idle ( 913 is the max)?

You try a bottle of Techron or cat cleaner? That and a new coil, cap & rotor and plug wires might do the trick. Otherwise, yeah, I agree with Matthew.
