Hey gang,
My names Kev and I currently own an '07 F150 Harley davidson Saleen truck.Bought it new in late '07. Before I had it shipped to the Uk, it stopped in at JDM in New Jersey for some mods.
Drove it for 2 weeks around here and then the engine let go after 528 miles. That was in January '08 and finally got the truck back in May...
Engineers blame excessive crank end play which pushed two rods outta the block.
Engine is now strengthened a bit and will be getting her on the Dyno once I fit a true dual 3 inch system to it.
Had an 06 Saleen Mustang before that pushing 483rwhp and before that an '03 F150 Harley truck.
had an assortment of US cars such as a 76 Camaro Z28 and a 67 Buick Skylark convertible.
Run 2 McDonald's franchises here in Norwich, UK so they keep me busy then along with Eamonn, co-run rebel-v8.com which has quite a lot of quick motors. We have the two quickest Lightnings in the country, the quickest Harley F150 and a Ford Gt amongst the non members of our 'non club'.
Cheers
Kev

Hey Kev! Thought about getting a diesel truck? Seems like you'd potentially have a lot of free or very cheap fuel at your disposal running a McDonald's franchise!

LOL...yeah with the cost of fuel here it is a more desirable option....McDonald's here in the UK actually recycle all our waste oil and its refined and used to power all our delivery trucks so there isnt much if anything left to go around. Anyway, if Iw as to change to diesel, it'd use up loads coz you just know I'd have to tune it...
