I have a 98 dodge quad cab. 360 auto and 4x4. I have water that keeps leaking into the cab of the truck on the passenger side. Im not losing water out of my radiator. Any ideas would be helpful. Carpet staying wet on that side unless I dont use the air. I stuck a piece of wire in the drain hole for the a/c also to check for a clog. It went in about a inch or so. Not sure how far it was supposed to go in or what else to look for.

Well, if you only get the problem when you run the A/C, something tells me it's probably related to that. The other thing I would have suggested is you might have a leaky heater core, but if you're not losing coolant, then that's probably not it. I'm not an expert on HVAC issues. Anyone else have any tips?

Things I can think of:
Heater Core: but it would result in a loss of coolant
A/C Evaporator dripping condensation on the floor due to a clogged drain port/hose. Stick a thick tie strap up in there and jar it around...if it unclogs you may get a gush of water
On some vehicles it can come through the induction vent (between the hood and windshield) when it is raining hard (or car wash). The blower fan picks up outside air from that location.
Also, on some vehicles it can come through the radio antenna hole if the rubber gasket/grommet is dry rotting (also during a rain or car wash).
Hope this help...or hope you have already fixed it!
