I have a 2008 dodge Dakota SLT with the extended cab and the 3.7 Magnum V-6.

My question is... Does anyone know of where I could find a suspension lift kit, cold air intake, and cat-back dual tip style exhaust system.

Historically, Superlift has made a lot of stuff for Dodge. In terms of the engine & exhaust stuff, I'd just do a general search for the Dakota. Since the V6 and V8 engines are pretty similar, you might find some of the same products fit both engines (aside from headers & stuff like that).
