FBI rides are dishonest.Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!

They said it was going to be shipped UPS and it was shipped DHL ten days later.They said it was in stock(Lying).They said they would call me back(lying).They said if you join the club you will save money.They didnt tell me I would be paying 3 times shipping cost.And most of all I had a shipping problem with DHL and DHL said where sorry we will send your refund to FBI rides and you can get it from them with this referance number.I called FBI rides and Dan said we dont give refunds on shipping so forget it your not getting your $160 back.So they kept my shipping that DHL refunded me.As soon as FBI lyers get your money you are nothing to them!!!!

What would great is if we could here from them. It's always good to hear both sides of a story.  

Hey thanks for the heads up on those guys I heard a few horror stories as yours on the net here and there on different boards. Plus I know of a guy who dealt with them on the professional level (supplier) and they supposedly nailed him out to dry also......I would recommend using caution with these guys plus it costs 100 just to be a member...that's a joke, just to get a good deal, go on Ebay to get a good price. I hate to hear of people getting ripped off like that

Fbi delayers.     I ordered a full airbag set-up for a 63 impala SS, "everything in stock". 2 weeks later (they said about a week)i got everything except for a  chrome 5 gallon air tank. So i called and they said they were out of stock and it would be about a couple of months before they got their next shippment from overseas (what?).Now mind you I own a lowrider shop and my customer wasnt happy . No refund-credit instead, a 10 switch box with just enough to pay the shipping (again!!). I had to order a chrome tank from elsewhere wich delayed the installation even longer.  

This is good to hear, most of the parts for my truck would have come out of there. can you find their roll pans and other products elsewhere?  

avs lies to they sold me a back half for my truck all welds broke and they told me why i was driving the truck the said i was  to sit in drive way and just play with it they lied and would not get on phone with me to fix problem they suck big time jeff told me just to buy the parts again hes a *** who doesnt  care about people after they give him the money  

I am on my last nerve with FBI RIDES, I ordered A 4-link, Notch, Front and Back 'bag mounts on April 14, 2009.  It is now The middle of July and I have yet to recieve all of the items that I ordered.  I received the frame notch and the 4-link, however, the 4-link was missing the shock mounting tabs.  I have talked to victor, Mike and Phil at FBI Rides, each of them promised to provide emails and phone calls with updates of my order.  I have since resorted to seeking legal as this is getting to be rediculous.  I would be leary when considering placing an order through them.
