Has anyone heard of a 1992 305 high performance motor? It is supposed to be in a '92 Camaro. Also what would be the obstacles to installing it in a '93 1500 Silverado 2wd with a 4.3? The motor would come with a computer, fuel inj and ign system.

I think so. I think the engine was also offered in the Pontiac Firebird. Only possibly obstacle I could see (if you live in a state with this law on the books) is swapping an older engine into a newer vehicle. It's illegal in many states. But functionally-speaking, it should work.

As I live in MO I don't believe there is any restrictions in doing this. I know that it will bolt up to the tranny and will need to make mount change and fan shroud. What about any brackets?

Not sure about the brackets. But since the H.O. is based on the Gen-II small-block, and a version of the Gen-II small-block was offered in the truck, I would think you could probably get away with using some V8 truck engine mounts. Don't quote me on that, though.
