My 1995 ford van
It drags when up start it and after it gets hot and you stop it. and try to start it again it drags so bad it will not start. replaced the starter the alt. the battery and the solenoid. with the switch on the horn will not work but with the switch off the horn works

when you try to start it. the starter will not turn the motor over fast enough to start it

1995 ford van almost die under breaking, because when we apply the brakes, the power booster is using engine vacuum. More than likely, the brake booster is defective, as in a busted diaphram. Also check the vacuum store canister for leaks or soft hoses which collapse, restricting vacuum.
