does anybody know of a quality shop that would do a rear disc brake conversion on my 1999 Chevy Express?
glad to see truckin' mag get back into the van!!

Don't the newer ones already have the disc brake settup? Just find a rear in a boneyard and swap it.

Ken, the 1999 Express had a real sucky ABS that if you were lucky would stop you before the middle of the intersection, provided you weren't haulin anything........ But you are right the later years like 2004 up have a real good 4 disc system! I'd look like you said to boneyards (but these things are so durable that it will be several years till they start getting there) ExpreSS you might check service manuals with the pickups and see if they cross.
