distributor issues with engine swap

I have a 1989 D21 4 cyl. 2 WD. I swapped the engine with a 1985 4 cl 4 X 4 engine. They have different distributors. The 89 has fuel injection and electronic ignition. Any ideas on how to get the 85 distributor to work. I can send them both to rebuilder, but what should they do to match parts? Is there an aftermarker solution?
