hey, whats up? this is my first post on here and I have a 2001 chevrolet suburban k1500 which has the same headlight assembly as the 99'-03' silverado, and well, it doesnt work.i baked my driving assembly. it came apart with ease, and when it came off, to my suprise the amber lens and clear lens wereattached to each other. It appears that the amber lens and clear lens were assembled when they were stilVERY hot, like a plastic weld. After many hours of no luck, i reluctantly gave up. I was wondering if anybody on here had any ideas, tips or tricks that would help me out. I would appreciate it greatly. thanks.

Keep on truckin'

Wow, hey Adam, that's a bummer man.
I tell you what, we'll track down a truck/'Burban similar to that and try the install.
I've never heard of that, but I'm sure there is a trick to it.

Send some pics of your ride to: john.mata@sorc.com for our Reader's Rides section.

-Thanks
