?'s on how to build a subframe for a 99 superduty

i just bought a 99 f250 superduty and was looking through old truckin' issues when i came across an article in volume 33, NO.3, febuary 12,2007 the article is on page 230 and is called HOMEGROWN. the article is about building a subframe and suspension with custom fourlinks for a truck identical to mine besides the fact that the truck in the article is a shortbox and mine is a longbox. if anyone could give me any info. with pictures and instructions on how to build a subframe with custom fourlinks for a 99 f250 superduty longbox i would appreciate the help
