can anyone tell me if a front end cosmetic swap, (bumper, lights, grille) from 2002 to 2005 is as easy as bolt on or requires some fab work for an f250 super duty?

From '02 to '05 should be a simple bolt-on. The big change was for the '08 models. I've seen it done, but it requires a lot more work.
