Power Window Conversion?

Currently I own a Ford 350, Crew Cab (Four Door). I was bought with power windows however the motors both dying and dead. I want to replace these motors however I also want to relocate the power window switch off of the door and possible into the center console or slightly under the dash. How could I go about doing this?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
