im deploying to iraq in september, and i am looking to fix my truck up when i get back. i just bought a 2009 chevy silverado crew cab, LS. im looking to fix it up so i can hit some good mud trails around fort bragg. i know i want to get a lift kit and a suspension kit, as well as some tires. anything else you think i should get?

Personally I would get an intake, exhaust and probably a power programmer.  Just an idea.

If you're going to do much mudding, I hope it's a 4x4. Yukon brings up a good point. If you lift it and put bigger wheels & tires on it, it might not be a bad idea to do a few performance upgrades on it to keep the power there with the bigger wheels/tires. Plus, most of the programmers will allow you to adjust the parameters for wheel size and modifications to keep your speedometer calibration correct.
