Most americans may not have ever seen a Bedford van. I believe they were never imported to the USA. The name may lead to confusion, Bedford has nothing to do with Ford. Bedford was a subsidiary of Vauxhall Motors, itself the British subsidiary of General Motors (GM). In the 70's the Bedford CF Van was the popular custom van in Europe. The CF keep going up to 1986 when sales dropped, people wanted more modern looking japanese vans. You will also find this van badged as Opel Blitz in Germany (Opel = GM). Anyway, I just picked up one of these vans and Im restoring it. I will post some pics as I get it rolling.

Sure. I've heard of Bedford, but then again, I'm kind of an automotive history geek. I wonder if there are any of them gray market in the U.S.?
