I have a 2008 chevy silverado vortecmax that i put a 5" rough country suspension lift on. The lift caused the front tires to go out 2" on each side so to match up the rear tires I put 2" inch wheel adapters on them. I have a 8500 lb boat and trailer i tow and was wondering if im asking for trouble with this setup

I think you should be fine. You may need a load leveling kit for the rear with that much weight.

I already put roadmaster active suspension springs on for the rear they seem to work pretty good so far. Its just ive heard alot of horror stories about using wheel spacers/adapters. I dont need nothing to happen while im towing the boat with my family in the truck.
