Loose ends with Skunk2 intake and throttle body for Honda Element,

I'm interested in upgrading my engine with the Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Manifold and Pro-Series Throttle Bodybut there are some things I need to sort out. One of the main problems is the throttle cable stay bracket is attached to the stock manifold, there's no provision or instructions on how or where to attach the throttle cable stay bracket with the new setup. Can someone enlighten me here? Do I need to fabricate my own bracket or attachment point for this bracket? I contacted Skunk2 but they were kinda vague and no help even after sending a picture.
