I want to install a power rack steering in a 1970 0lds toranado frame with stock drive train. the frame was lengthened to a flat deck and a 1940 f0rd 2 ton cab over cab was added.the gvw could be same as a 2 ton truck. a 1997 windstar rack seems to fit,but? is it strong enough?the new ford 1/2 ton truck units dont look any stronger.
