Shocks for Ford E-150 Quality Coach Conversion Van

Greetings to all, I have a 2000 Ford e-150 Conversion van with a high top and wanting to upgrade the shocks. because of the high top i get a lot of sway from side to side and also I occasionally tow a boat approx 3500 lbs. a 20' Rinker with I/O 4.3L. I am looking for something that will lift the load but not be too rough of a ride with out the load. I would appreciate all suggestions.
