Headlight Conversion Kit for 89 Chevy Astro?

I am finding difficulty during my night driving. I understand xenon lights give better visibility. I am driving 89 Chevy Astro. Is there any headlight conversion kit for my chevy?

I think the '89s are still the sealed-beam headlamps. Am I right? Here are some options I found on the Sylvania site:
H6054ST Silverstar High Performance Lighting: The Whiter and Brighter Halogen
H6054XV XtraVision Halogen - The Brighter Light
H6054CB Cool Blue Halogen - The Whiter Light
None of them are HID per se, but should give you brighter light, and are much less expensive than an upgrade to full HIDs. Hope this helps.
