Depends. If you're talking about the first-gen GMT-400 '99-'00 model (essentially the same as the GMC Denali of the time), then yes. WAY played-out. Second-gen clip ('02-'06) is not quite as played out, but getting there. The third-gen ('07-present) style hasn't been out long enough to be considered played-out. If you're going to go with any of them, I'd do that. But I don't know if anyone makes a straight bolt-on kit for that style. That might require some custom fabrication. Regardless, what matters the most is if you like it. If you're happy with it, who cares what other people think?

yeah. im not really sure yet. i was gonna just do a cowl induction hood. then i was thinking about the front end. debating still

Well, a cowl-induction hood would be a lot easier than a whole front-end swap.

I'm torn on this subject the '02-'06 looks really good but it is getting pretty common. As Ed said it's all preference.
