06 megacab led tail light issues

LED LIGHTS FLASHING FAST can anyone help me with this problem i have an 06 dodge ram 2500 megacab i have tried several differant led taillights including recon
the problem is that the lights flash normal between 3-5 times then blink fast
i have disconnected the battery to try to learn the new lights i even put the truck in diagnostic mode to try and learn the new lights and still no luck.
even called the dealership for answers. even tried load resistors that fixed the flashing problem but then the parking light fuse keeps blowing.
i have now tried all common fixes and still problem exists
SOMEONE SOMEWHERE HAS HAD TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
