Sport Truck Magazine ends with the December 2009 issue and still nothing is printed about it? Not even a brief explaination? Somebody at Truckin' has to know - you'd think!!!
What does Truckin' plan to do to captivate the old Sport Truck readers?

Perhaps you are thinking of "Street Truck" magazine??? Sport Truck is (was) a sister publication to Truckin' (Source Interlink Media)- all the same pictures and stuff like that. Lasted that long??? Did you read the first Sport Truck magazine 20 years ago??? Didn't think so...
Is this a representation of the type of people that post on this forum? If so I'll pass on being here.

Let's not beat a dead horse (so to speak). This has been a tough time in the media business for everybody. There was a lot of similarity in coverage between the two, because at one point they were owned by different companies, and direct competitors. Truckin' was simply the stronger of the two in advertising and circulation, and management made the decision to keep Truckin'.

Thanks so very much for sporting the world's leading truck publication. Please keep negative, derogatory comments to yourself. We're all brothers at the end of the day, regardless of what truck magazine we read. Sport Truck gave it a good run, it's sad to see another magazine that supports the industry that we love fall to the ashes. I guess you weren't thinking about all the people that work there and how their families will be affected by the magazine collapsing. Good luck to them all. There is some talented people that will be out of a job.
