New Trends, A Whole New Driving Experience by Dan Ward

What an awsome display of talent and creativity! My question is this, how do you go about building these fiberglass creations? I have tried to research Diy fiberglass consoles, door panels, etc. on the web without much success. Anyone have information on how to do this?  

There's a lot of ways to do it.  You can build a "frame" out of MDF or weld one up, cover with fiberglass cloth, resin, and then sand it smooth and finish it.  Obviously it's more in-depth than this but that's the rough idea behind it.
