What else can I do to make my ride stand out and also give it better off road performance?
1994 2dr Full Size Blazer
6" Pro Comp Suspension Lift
3" Body Lift
37" Nitto Mud Grapplers on 20" rims
5.7L 350
Functional Cowl induction hood
Custom tweed interior
P.S. I'm staying away from chrome

You could re-gear it. Also, have you done anything to the engine other than the cowl induction hood?

If you want to stand out looks wise, a nice paintjob goes a long way, sound always helps to so some headers and an exhaust would be nice. Offroad performance depends are you mudding or crawling or general offroading? Some lockers could always help, as esanchez said regearing it will help alot, sport chips, and of course a few offraod stickers to give you an extra 10 hp each!!!

If you want your truck to stand out when the doors are open, ditch the tweed interior.
Tweed hasn't been in style for almost 10 years.
Use leathers, suede, or if getting it dirty is a concern, think about high-grade vinyls.
In regards to off-road performance, upgraded shocks will go a long way and even new diff covers (when you re-gear) will add extra oil for better cooling an overall performance. I like the Mag-Hytec covers. New Energy Suspension bushings will help minimize body roll.
If you really want to stand out, check out this lifted 'Hoe. My buddy Carson did a front end swap to a '99 Escalade and it looked awesome.
