i have a 2008 silverado and am wanting to put an escalade front clip on it. I plan on buying aftermarket escalade components to piece the front clip together, my question is, are the escalade parts a direct bolt on for the silverado? if not, what modifications will have to be made to make it work? any tips or suggestions on the right way to do this will help out a lot, thanks!

Don't quote me 100% on this, but you might have to change the front core support (piece that the radiator hangs on). I think most kits include it, but you might want to check first. I think it's a relatively straightforward swap, though. Anyone else have experience doing one of these?

so far from the research ive done that seems like the only thing id have to do to make it work. Unfortunately i havent found a kit so im going to have to buy everything piece by piece, my other concerns are, will the escalade bumper cover fit over the stock silverado bumper? and will i have to re-wire my headlight harness to use the stock escalade headlights?
