Need advise:  I just purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra Denali.  When I changed the oil the first time at 2,500 miles I noticed that a few drops of oil appeared on the bottom of the starter.  What in the starter or the assembly of the engine can cause this problem?  I wiped the oil off of the bottom of the starter and it appears to be OK now but I have only put 150 additional miles since my first oil change.  Any ideas out there regards this issue?

If there is a problem in the starter, you better fix it other wise you engine will now work properly. The starter is responsible for the function of battery and oil.

Thanks for the reply Reinaldo but the starter is OK.  I just was trying to figure out why there are a few drops of what appears to be oil on the bottom of the starter.  Thanks again.
