Anything is possible with enough time and money. There was a precedent for a rear-wheel drive Northstar in both the Shelby Series 1 Roadster, which used a version of the Aurora V8, as well as the later Cadillac STS and XLR, which used a longitudinal Northstar. I don't know if the Series 1 engine was a unique casting, or if it was an off-the-shelf engine adapted to the Roadster. In terms of packaging, there should be plenty of room under the hood of the truck for it to fit. You will probably have to get some custom engine mounts fabricated, and obviously iron out the electronic bugs to get everything to work together properly. Hope this helps.
