2004 Sierra 4.3 V6 to 327 swap?

I've got a 04 sierra and it has the 4.3 V6. I'm tired of drivin around in a full size truck with a V6. I've also got a old chevy impala with a crate 327 in it. I was wondering if its possible to swap the 4.3 with the 327 to the truck. If I can would I still be able to keep all the electronics or should I try buyin an ez efi or something. Any help would be awesome.
