SS Bumper cover installation

I recently purchased the Street Scene gen 7 SS style bumper cover for my 95' chevy. I really liked the look, but don't see it that often on this body style. The sample picture showing a truck done, looks good but that's the only one I've actually seen. So now I'm looking at the horrible directions for install and I've obviously turned to the internet for a little more how to. Any advice or experiences on installation/fastening tips or a place that shows this? The kit came with the cover, 4 screws and I think 6 rivets. Seems like some McGyvering is in store.

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
