I have an '06 Dodge 2500 crew cab diesel. I am still have some tranny problems. It is intermintely slipping when shifting. I had it totally rebuilt by a top guy. When I recent took it back because it would not shift into 2nd without running for miles, he replaced the Output Speed Sensor, dropped the pan to see if an fillings or junk and there was not and the fluid was the right color and not burned. His computer reader said there was tacometer malfuction with no communication. On his advice I took to the dealer who after two hours determined the instrument cluster was bad and replaced it. It ran well from SW FL all the way back to Atl. and for about a week here then started what I noted above. I called the Tranny guy and he thinks there is still some kind of electrical issue which Dodge trucks are apparently infamous for. So I am looking for opinions and ideas before blowing more at another dealer.
